Each program has one goal in mind: To help educators expand upon and improve the leadership skills they currently have and to find ways of integrating those leadership skills and characteristics into their classrooms.

About Our Education Programs
The programs offered through Innovative Leadership are tailored towards each teacher and organization individually. When working with clients, we strive to have the educators doing a majority of the talking and explaining to help us understand what their needs are as an educator. From there, we work together as a team to come up with a plan to implement to help the teacher reach their fullest potential. Educators are faced with so many different challenges, and the goal is to help them feel successful and confident within their classrooms and with their students. When students see their teachers as leaders, they strive to become one as well.
Education Programs
One-Time Program
A one-time opportunity to dig deeper into the fundamentals and importance of leadership skills that can be incorporated into the everyday teaching styles and techniques of all educators.
6-Month Program
A six-month program designed to guide educators in feeling confident within themselves and their classroom(s) through self-reflection and integration into their everyday teaching styles.
A whole group direction toward creating an environment of leaders with a love of teaching the future generations.
School Year-Long Program
A school-year long program curated to create a school-wide environment where all educators feel confident in themselves and the system they work within.
Whole group and small group (departmentalized) meetings that are both in person and virtual to meet the needs of all educators and systems.
