Hello! My name is Sierra Abler, and I am the founder of Innovative Leadership. I have a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Elementary Education with minors in Special Education and Geography, a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Educational Studies, and I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Applied Leadership.

Innovative Leadership is a mentorship-based professional development program based out of South Dakota. The goal behind each program is to help educators at all levels feel confident when working with the student misbehaviors within their classroom(s). The programs are based off continued research and studies that create effective programs.

Hard work is something that so many people talk about, but few will follow through with. In order to be successful, a person MUST put in the time, effort, and motivation needed to reach those goals. There is no one-size-fits-all way to be successful, and the definition of what "being successful" means is different for everyone.
