Innovative Leadership is a mentorship-based professional development organization based out of South Dakota. The goal behind each program is to help educators feel confident in themselves while expanding upon their leadership skills. All programs are based off continued research and studies that create effective programs and outcomes for each individual.
About Sierra
Sierra Abler is the founder of Innovative Leadership. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Elementary Education with minors in Special Education and Geography, a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Educational Studies, and she is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Applied Leadership, in which she will complete in December 2026.
Innovative Leadership is an organization passionate about finding ways to help educators feel confident while simultaneously innovating their leadership skills both personally and professionally.
