ABOUT ME
Passionate About Inspiring Others
I am a former elementary education teacher that stepped away after two and a half short years within the general education classroom. Throughout that time, I found myself wanting to do more for the field of education. Since stepping away, I have begun my Doctor in Education degree and continue to expand my research and knowledge to better myself and teachers.

Innovative Leadership is a program that I have been wanting to implement for a long time. As a teacher, I dealt with many behaviors in my classroom, as many teachers today do as well. There was a constant need to be researching and figuring out different ways to better myself as a teacher so that I could also help my students continue to be successful. My research has been focused on the different behaviors that teachers work with in the general education classroom, and how to find an effective and efficient way to help educators feel confident when dealing with those behaviors. Through my continued education and research, I continue to change and innovate the way I am able to better serve teachers and educators.
The programs offered through Innovative Leadership are tailored towards each teacher and organization individually. When I work with clients, I strive to have them be the ones doing a majority of the talking and explaining to help me better understand what they need as an educator. From there, we work together as a team to come up with a plan to implement to help the teacher reach their fullest potential. Educators are faced with so many different challenges, and my goal is to help them feel successful and confident within their classrooms and with their students. When students see their teachers as leaders, they strive to become one as well.
